Peran Pragmatic Leadership dan Policy Diffusion dalam Pengembangan Manajemen Sumber Daya Air di Kota Bandung untuk Mendukung Blue Economy Berkelanjutan

This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach to examine the drainage system in Bandung City. The data collection method involves analyzing news and information from the mass media and local government as an initial step to understanding the issue of waterlogging and drainage. Furthermore, data were collected through a structured survey of respondents representing the people of Bandung City. Questions in the study and interviews focused on public perceptions of the drainage system, experiences of waterlogging, and evaluation of the effectiveness of the existing system. Data analysis was conducted qualitatively to understand the public's perspective on drainage conditions. From these findings, suggestions for future improvements were formulated based on input and experiences obtained from the community during the study. The impact of these findings is significant, as they provide an in-depthunderstanding of the Bandung City drainage system and offer relevant recommendations for future improvements to support a sustainable blue economy.
